Damaged or Defective Items

After reviewing your request, if the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. We do not require the item to be returned.

Refunds

Once your claim has been approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
